• Travel insurance is recommended.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Governing Law: These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

Exclusive Jurisdiction: Each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims).
